| Comments: | I'm sorry to tell you but the Margaret Ann Creighton on your tree is not the daughter of Daniel and Isabella Cameron Creighton. Their daughter died in 1852 and is buried in the Perth Cemetery. See Fulton Co. cemetery records online. I have researched the family for a long time and have tried to trace as many of the descendants as possible. Daniel and Isabella are my 3GG. |

| Comments: | Sorry to tell you but John Park who married Mary Gordon is not related to Roger Parke. DNA testing finally put and end to that falsehood. Contact the Parke Society if you want further info. Mary Gordon who married this John Park is not the daughter of Peter!! That Mary never married a Park and a family Bible proves this. Mary Gordon who married John Park was the daughter of Charles and Gertrude Gordon. Finally, John Park Jr. married Margaret McClean/McLane and not Joseph Park as you have it. It is unfortunate that there has been so much shabby research and assumptions about this line and has led family researchers down the wrong path. This is why I only go by actual documentation and not what other researchers assume. |
